West Hills is a 40 unit town home community near the Medical Center.
HOA Responsibilities: general repairs to roofs, fences, vinyl siding, pressure washing, door/shutter painting (property wide only), vent covers, grass cutting, entrance sign, sidewalks, parking lot, street lights, exterior termite and pest inspection/ treatment, maintenance of community mailbox, general liability insurance.
Owners Responsibilities: interior of unit, contents of unit, within patio area, hose bids, windows (and casing), screens, glass area of skylight, all exterior doors (includes casing and hardware), HVAC systems, dryer vent clean out, major repairs to siding (caused by wind, fire, water, vandalism), party walls, scheduling of interior termite/pest inspections/treatments, termite damage repair (exterior and interior), individual mailbox key, cars towed out of designated space, HO3 insurance policy.
Notice: The Association hereby gives notice to its membership that any member may initiate voluntary prelitigation mediation of disputes pursuant to N.C.G.S. 7A-38.3F to try and resolve a dispute with the Association; pursuant to this statute, disputes do not include disputes related solely to a member's failure to timely pay an association assessment or any fines or fees associated with the levying of collection of an association assessment.

(report loose dogs, animal concerns, animal noise complaints, etc)

(report a gas leak, sewage spill, or any other utility emergency)
(report a street light outage – can also be reported on City Compass via app or City’s website at https://www.greenvillenc.gov)

(report leaks in the parking lot or any exterior sewer issues)
