You may also submit maintenance requests through our HOA Member Portal and monitor the progress of the work through that portal. You have to register with the Member Portal first if you don't already have an account, and this takes about twelve hours to process. Requests submitted here are not trackable through Member Accounts.
If you have an emergency maintenance request, please call our office at (252) 329-7368. If it is after business hours, follow the voice mail instructions and you will be transferred to our answering service.
For police or fire emergencies, always dial 911 before calling us.
