We have been leasing homes in the Greenville area since 1997 and we now manage over 1,000 properties because tenants like you gave us the opportunity to be of service. We aim to show our appreciation by continuing to provide you with the highest quality residential services. Please let us know when you have questions or need assistance with your home.
Our property management team is available to assist you Monday through Friday from 8 AM – 5 PM. We are on call during non-business hours for emergencies. If you have an after-hours emergency call our office at (252) 329-7368 and follow the voice mail prompts to connect to our answering service.

RPM Rental Resident Login (Non HG Residents)
RPM Residents can register an account, access account activity, submit and monitor work orders, pay rent online or setup checking auto-draft.
Holly Glen Rental Resident Login
Holly Glen Apartments residents may create an account, access account activity, submit and track work orders, and pay rent online or setup checking drafts.
Pay Rent Online
Tenants do not need to have an account set up on the Resident portals above in order to pay rent online. Please select the appropriate link below so that we can assign your payment under the correct account for Russell Property Management, Holly Glen Apartments, or one of our Homeowner Associations.
