HOA MANAGEMENT NOTICE

Russell  Property Management is migrating from our current HOA Management platform (PropertyBoss) to a new HOA management software platform (Frontsteps), and we are phasing our associations into the new system.   The communities that are part of Phase I are listed below.  If your home is part of Phase I, you will need to log into the new Frontsteps portal STARTING JULY 1, 2025.  If your home is not part of the communities listed below, you will log into PropertyBoss Portal. We will schedule a date to move the remaining communities over to the new platform. If you have homes in BOTH Phase I and Phase II communities, you will have to enter work orders and payment information into the applicable portal for your home/community. If you are part of Phase I and you enter work orders and payments into PropertyBoss, your request will not be processed.

If your home is in the Phase I list and you have an email address on file, you should have received an invitation to join the new portal Frontsteps.   If not, please send an email to hoamanager@russellpm.com and we will send you an invitation.  You will need an account number to log in the first time if you don’t receive an invitation from Frontsteps.
