Harris Landing is a single family neighborhood located in Grifton. Conveniently situated approximately 22 miles south of Greenville and 12 miles northeast of Kinston, Grifton offers an easy commute to regional hubs—plus an abundance of local activities, such as restaurants, shops, the NC Museum of Natural Sciences at Contentnea Creek and festive community events like the Shad Festival and John Lawson Legacy Days. HOA Responsibilities: mowing around mail kiosk station, maintenance of mail kiosk station as needed, general liability insurance.

Owner Responsibilities: entire building (exterior and interior), fence, lawn, driveway, mailbox, everything related to pest/termites, HO3 policy.
