Hampton Creek is a duplex community that is located just minutes from Hwy 11 and Hwy 264 on Davenport Farm Road in Greenville, NC. Hampton Creek offers traditional style duplexes that come in several different elevations and floor plans that are great for the young professional or retired person. Hampton Creek has 142 homes located on approximately 25 acres.

HOA Responsibilities: grass cutting at duplexes and entrance/berm, entrance sign, general liability insurance

* grass areas inside duplex fenced in areas are owner’s responsibility to cut.

Owner Responsibilities: entire building (exterior and interior), fence, lawn, driveway, mailbox, everything related to pest/termites, HO3 policy.

*Streets = public and are part of city maintenance

Notice: The Association hereby gives notice to its membership that any member may initiate voluntary prelitigation mediation of disputes pursuant to N.C.G.S. 7A-38.3F to try and resolve a dispute with the Association; pursuant to this statute, disputes do not include disputes related solely to a member’s failure to timely pay an association assessment or any fines or fees associated with the levying of collection of an association assessment.
